I wrote several books on how to avoid mistakes in lighting arranging and to make your shop a success.

My name is Mikhail Gusmanov. 15 years ago I founded NLT Trade Company which creates lighting concepts, develops lighting projects and delivers LED lamps to shops, offices, warehouses and other commercial rooms located in 8 countries.

• 450 facilities were illuminated by my team last year, and our overall portfolio includes more than 2500 projects for retail

• In 2014-2015 I consulted several TV projects devoted to room design and improvement. 40 projects can be found in the news section of my company’s website for relevant years. Many of the solutions and approaches in home interior lighting which were developed during those years, are still popular and are used by designers of Russia and the CIS.

• Professional awards: a holder of the Golden Photon award 2017 and the main Golden Photon award winner of 2019.

• The author of the world’s first book series “Lighting in Retail” which tell of lighting in Food, Fashion and DIY&Household retail

• I was the official Russian expert in lighting in retail at Euroshop 2020 International Exhibition. I showed around and told people about modern trends and lighting technologies.
